CRS- Certified Residential Specialist. This esteemed designation is a benchmark of excellence in buyer and seller representation held by only 4% of all Realtors.

GRI- Graduate, Real Estate Institute. A year long , 16 examination course of study to attain higher education. Held by only 5% of all Realtors.

SRES- Seniors Real Estate Specialist. This designation is awarded only to those few Realtors that have demonstrated requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing or selling the family home.
